"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." ~ Isaiah 55: 8-11

DOMESTIC DIVA / TPE #75...

WOOHOO - Happy Monday, ya'll! We have a brand new challenge for this week over at The Pink Elephant... POCKET CARDS!!! This is my first ever, but I've wanted to make this Diagonal Double Pocket Card for the longest!

This image is a digi from this week's sponsor,Sassy Studio Designs, called Domestic Diva! Doesn't she rock?!? If you want a chance to win her or 4 other super cute digis of your choice, make sure you play along with us this week! One random player will be chosen for the prize!

I colored my little diva with Copics. This paper is from October Afternoon, Root Cellar, from the Farm Fresh collection - LOVE IT! With the double pockets & cooking theme, I wanted to make a little "foodie" gift, so I put some Tastefully Simple Sweet Bell Pepper Dip Mix in a cello bag, from Stampin' Up! & attached it to a piece of card stock & folded over the the top corner & added a button. I wrote the "recipe" on another piece of card stock, trimmed a piece of the patterned paper with the edge of a nestability, added an eyelet & ribbon & voilĂ !

Thanks for stopping by & hope you get a chance to play along with us this week!
